Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please firstly email us at [email protected] before you start the return process so we can help make it right.

Please kindly note:
- We only accept your return in case there are any errors or defects on our part and within 30 days after you received the package.
- In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed.
- Due to COVID-19 customer service response times may extend to 24-48 hours.

HOW DOES RETURN WORK?
We are confident that you will be happy with when you get your purchase handy. If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us and/or you are not totally satisfied with your order(s) within 30 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to [email protected] and claim for a return request.
In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). Return shipping charges go to us and are not the responsibility of the customer.

(This is our store address where you can return goods to us; however we just accept return after you have raised the return request with us via email noticing and have done all of the steps required for return process. Thus, please read carefully our instructions below).

- We only accept returns if it is within 30 days from the date you received our items, any item was overdue will not be issued for a refund or exchange.
- We only allow return on items that are unused and have not been worn or washed.
- Each FREE RETURN LABEL (this is to help you send back purchase without return shipping fee) is valid for one order only, please understand that you cannot request multiple times for only one order.
- Send us an email noticing your return (including the tracking number) after getting the address from our support service.
- Please wait for our confirmation for your returns.
Once we received your package, we will immediately issue a refund or exchange after checking your returned package.
Returned items must be followed below criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must have original tags attached (if have)
If your return is approved, please contact us to receive the return address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We will right away refund you when we receive the package back from you.
- Please note that you will take responsibility for the shipping cost for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will email you to inform you once we receive the shipment and issue a refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
It will take 3-5 business days for the refund.

If you request an exchange, we will make sure to send you the replacement item as soon as we receive your return package.
